Outllok 2003 Desktop Icon

Hi, I am aware that Outlook 2003 does not give a desktop icon by default. Is there a document suggesting that. Need a Microsoft URL mentioning this.

The registry fix mentioned in various site is causing windows explorer to crash, each time, I try to change settings by right clicking the icon.

start | run | regedit | ok

and there you create a new key {00020D75-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}.
