Thanks for the suggestion but if I do disable "Keep copies in Sent Items
Folder" than the outgoing mail that is not covered by an outgoing rule is not
saved in the Sent Items Folder. What I am looking for is a way for move
specific messages from the Sent Items Folder to particular folders and leave
the rest alone.

Not sure who you are replying to but when you add a generic rule at the end
to save a copy in your Sent Items Folder and add the "stop processing rules"
action to your other rules you should be fine.

Let me add some detail. I want to sort my outgoing mail so that itit will go
into a folder that I designate for the recepient and not have a copy of the
e-mail left in the Sent Items Folder. For the recepients who do not have a
sort rule define I want a copy of the e-mail to be sent to the Sent Items
Folder.

If I disable the Sent Items Folder the recepient's e-mail that does not have
a sort rule defined will not be saved.

Essentially I want a move to rule instead of the "Move a copy rule".

Then you need a final rule whose only job it is is to move all outgoing
messages to Sent Items. Make sure this rule is last and that all preceeding
rules contain the "stop processing more rules" action.

There isn't any, but following Robert's (or my subsequent advice - I posted
before I saw RObert's answer) will accomplish the same thing.
