Outgoing Message - no cc:, bcc: or subject line

Recently, I had a Gateway technician help me alter the programs that
automatically booted upon startup (running Windows 98). Afterwards, in
Outlook 2000, my new email message form was altered. It no longer had the
cc:, bcc: or subject lines to fill in; it only allows me to address the To:
section. How do I change it back?
