Outgoing Mail

Suddenly, my Outlook installation reports:
"Sending outgoing mail 1 of 1"
and there is no mail. I have nothing that I have entered
and there is NOTHING in the outbox.

Do I have a virus/worm/bug?

Should I delete and do a re-install?

You're trying to send a read-receipt, which is stored in a folder you can't
see withing Outlook.
