Outgoing mail sits in outbox, incoming works fine

I made a new profile and it did not work, what is wrong. Only been like this
for two days, no viruses found
 
sometimes some email can get "stuck". try removing the stuck item from the
Outbox and try again with a new message. Run scanpst.exe on your default PST
to check for and repair errors.
