Outlook 2003 settings from Express

I'm trying to move from using express to OL2003 and went through the process
of updating the OL2003 settings to match the Outlook Express settings.
Express works fine with these settings. I have AT&T DSL.

Server Information:
Incoming Mail is a POP3 Server
POP3 = POP3.xxxx.com
Outgoing mail (STMP) = mail.bellsouth.net
Incoming Mail Server:
Account Name = (e-mail address removed)
Password = xxxx
No SPA
Outgoing Mail Server = No Authentication
Server Ports
Outgoing SMTP = 25
No SSL
Incoming Mail (POP3) = 110
No SSL

When I test the settings it tests out fine but when I try to send an actual
test message, the message just sits there in the outbox. If I go and open
Express, I receive the test message.

Those settings don't look correct to me. I checked the Bellsouth Help pages
and they clearly state that outgoing authentication IS required. If Outlook
Express was working for you, why not import those account settings into
Outlook? File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail Account Settings

Thanks, I think the problem may lie with BellSouth even though my incoming
and outgoing mail server is different. These same settings woorked fine in
Express so I'm not sure.
