outgoing email with pix blocked automatically

When I try to send an email with small pix (best for web), it says that it
sent, but the recipients never receive it. My internet service says the
problem is on my computer. I've turned Norton off and done everything I can
think of. Does anyone know what could be happening here?

What email program are you using? Or is this web-based email? If you are
using Outlook Express, post this issue here:

When you post, include your version of Windows, and how you are attaching
the image - cut/paste, or Insert...Image, etc.

Windows version? IE version? Mail Client used (if any)?

If you send yourself just a message, do you receive it?
