Outgoing email is being restricted on size....please help!

I'm using Outlook 2003. My email is through MSN. When I send an email from
Outlook - it will not send if over 1 MB. It tries, then I get an error msg.
MSN allows mail to be sent up to 10 MB so I do not understand why this is
happening. Is there a setting I need to change?

Please post the specific error message you are receiving. It's possible your
limitations could be with your local ISP.

Before sending the test e-mail with the 1MB attachment, use File -> Save
menu to make sure there is a copy saved in the Drafts folder. Then go
look in the Drafts folder to look in the Size column to see just how
large is this message. What you think should be the resultant size
could be way off.

When using the webmail interface to your account, how much of your disk
quota has already been consumed?
