OUTGOING E-MAIL MESSAGE

When I reply to an e-mail, Outlook inserts the same information it does when
I send a new mail message.

It inserts it into the body of the message I am replying to.

How do I stop this? Thanks

Could you clarify yourself a bit more?

He screams in the Subject thinking that gets him more attention. I
normally ignore the childish screamers (i.e., they get LESS attention
from me). But since you answered him ...

What he probably doesn't want to admit, as evidenced by his deliberate
omission of the content of this added "information", is a disclaimer
added by his employer (i.e., it is NOT his e-mail account but his
employer's mail service). The disclaimer is added to outbound e-mails
when using his company's e-mail server, usually only to e-mails that
leave his company's domain (as there is no point to include it when
sending e-mails to other internal recipients). He will have to
contact his Exchange or IT admin to change the behavior on at the mail
server but I doubt they will comply as it is his company's policy to
add the disclaimer.
