What is the best way to compose an HTML e-mail using Outlook. I've tried
"insert text from file" and it just inserts the filename into the body of the
e-mail.
One method that partially works is if I open my HTML in IE then "select all"
copy and paste into Outlook. However, I have an e-mail that uses an image map
and that gets stripped out whenever I cut and past from the browser.
