OUTBOX shows a message count, but no messages are visible

In my outbox in OL2K, the left window pane shows 13 items, and the Outbox is
bold like there is stuff stuck in it.When I look in the right window, when
Outbox is selected, there are no items to show in
this view. I sent a bunch of stuff yesterday to my home account, and I
receive the emails.But it always shows those 13 items although the outbox
folder is empty. Anybody who has an idea?

Try an Advanced Search of the Outbox and specify Unread items as the search
criteria
