Outbox problem

sometimes, after sending an email with an attachment, the
mail does not disappear from the outbox, and cannot be
deleted nor sent or dragged to any other area in the
Outlook interface
Anyone know this problem and fix?

Does the message arrive at the recipient? You can delete a message from the
Outbox by placing Outlook Off-line (File-> Work Offline) and restart
Outlook. Don't forget to put Outlook on-line afterwards!
