Outbox damaged

Sent messages remaining in Outbox. Cannot move to Sent box or delete.
Number highlighted in green brackets. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

Cool, a telegram!
But serious, if you need some help, you'll need to include configuration
details, any error messages and what happens when you manually press
Send/Receive.
