Out of office - Text Format

John

I am using Outlook 2007, all emails are being sent in Rich Text but when I
switch on Out of Office the message is only being sent in Plain Text and
hyperlinks are being converted to text.
How do I change the default format of the Out of Office message text.

You can't, that depends on the version of Exchange that you are using and
its settings. Also, it would depend on whether or not the OOF message got
converted at the receivers end or (his/her mail server). The receiver can
see this by looking at the message icon (when using Outlook); it would
either be an OOF icon or a default message icon.

I have just migrated to Outlook 2007 and I belive the Exchange server is
2003 version 6.5.7654.12.
Previous version of Outlook I copied and pasted the relevant message into
the OOF text box, this included a hyperlink and this was sent OK.
I am copying the same text into the new version of Outlook but the hyperlink
is not being maintained.
I have checked and the message is being received with the OOF icon
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
