Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, server unavailable

I am getting "Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the
server is currently unavailable" for some users using outlook 2007. anybody
has got any ideas pls let me know.

This is normal/expected behavior when working offline. Verify that Outlook
is online/connected to Exchange before trying the out of office option.
