Out Of Office not forwarding email to internet email account

I set up two out of office rules, one to forward email's to someone inside
the office and the second to my yahoo account. The inside one works, but
Outlllok 2003 won't forward email to my yahoo box. How do I correct this?

If you're connecting to an Exchange server for email, it may not be allowed
that auto-responses like Out of Office go to the internet. It is turned off
on the server by default. You should ask your Exchange Admin to clarify for
you.
