Out of office message for Outlook 2007

I ready the discussion thread with Randy and Kathy but I still have no idea
of what steps I need to take to turn it off and on, automatically or other
wise.
 
If this is an Outlook question it should be posted in an Outlook newsgroup;
this one is for Word.
 
Thank you. I knew it was Outlook but just had a "DUH" moment. I have reposted
in the Outlook newsgroup.
