out of office mail alerts

can anyone help me on how to set this up on my mail
i cant seem to do it .will come in helpful while on holidays .
 
Windows Mail does not have a built-in feature for that.
Go to your provider's webmail and do it there.

Aside from the fact that Windows Mail doesn't have this feature, if it did,
you would have to leave your PC on for your entire vacation for it to work.

Auto-responses are a feature of a mail server, which IS on all the time, not
of mail clients, which may not be running or on a system that's connected or
powered on.

So, check with your mail provider and see if they offer the service.
