This is probably a dream, but..........
Is it possible to have a macro that can be used to automatically have a rule
that will reply to new e-mail messages with Out of Office.
What I would like to see happen, is a button with a macro. Click the
button, and a pop-up box would come up, with "Enter dates away". Enter the
dates you are away, which then generates a rule for an Out of Office reply to
incoming emails when you are on vacation. When you are about to go on
vacation, click the rule to run.
Probably very complicated, but even if there is no pop-up box to enter the
dates away, I could live with that. I am going to continue to see if its
something that can be done in the Rules..........
