Out of Office is not sending out a reply

Our firm is on the Enterprise version of Exchange. We have a user who
has her out of office message on, but when others within the firm send
a message to her, they are not getting the out of office message. We
have tried recreating an outlook profile and also uninstalling and
reinstalling outlook.

Anyone have any ideas?
