Out of Office bubble not appearing - Outlook 2007

The bubble that pops up to tell you that your OOO is turned on is not
appearing on my machine. It appears on others machines but not mine. I
tried recreating the profile but no luck. Wondering if there is something
I'm missing before I uninstall. Thanks!
