How Do I disable the Folder Hover Bubble in Outlook 2007

When viewing my folders, a hover bubble pops up over each of my folders with
the folders lable. This is annoying, but I can not figure out how to disable
it.
It is causing me to not be able to read the other folders, making it
difficult to locate the folder that I am looking for. Any ideas?

So far, everything in 2007 takes longer.
I explained it well to a co-worker today.
Picture a nice leather portfolio with a nice tablet of paper inside.
It used to be, everything you needed was on the cover.
Now you have to spend the time and find the page inside for the item you need.
I have been using 2007 for a few months and found that simple tasks take 10x
longer to do, many keyboard shortcuts are gone. Not different, gone.
I would recommend to anyone who does not need to upgrade, delay as long as
you possibly can as it is a whole new world. It looks nicer but plan on
everything taking longer then before.
