Out of Office auto-reply

If I turn on my Out of Office auto-reply and then someone sends an email to a
distribution list that I'm a member of, will my Out of Office reply get sent
to that person?

If they are internal to your exchange organization, yes.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, AlfredCM asked:
