Out of office auto reply

How can I change or eliminate the words "Out of Office
Reply" from the message that automatically replies to
mail upon placement in my "Inbox"? [Step-by-step please.]

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.


After a lot of head-scratching, (e-mail address removed) asked:

He could, but it would be messy, fire a VB App then
connect via winsock or api to a mail server an send the
reply that way....
