Out of Office auto reply

Doesn't seem like I have the option in my tool bars -
account settings to set up an auto reply "out of Office"

What to do
 
Out of Office works only if you connect to an Exchange server. Otherwise,
you'll have to spoof it with rules - and this means leaving Outlook open &
connected to the Internet for the duration of your absence. See

Thanks John. Link includes the critical missing step...
make sure that you are not use Word as your e-mail editor
(Tools | Options | Mail Format), because WordMail does
not allow you to save messages as Outlook templates.
