Out of Office Assistant

I have a user who corresponds to users in Asia and South
America. When she goes on vacation she sets up her out of
office assistant. The users in Continental US gets her out
of office reply but not the International users. Is there
a special setup so that her out of office reply will be
received by the users in ASIA and South America.

Really appreciate your help. Please copy my email as I
cannot leave the MS Newsgroup open all the time. My email

Hi - a few things - you've posted this as a reply, not a new message, so
it's unlikely that most people will see your message. Also, no email
replies, sorry - post in a group, read the answer in a group. By posting
your email address you're likely going to get spam and SWEN viruses sent to
you - see http://www.mailmsg.com/SPAM_munging.htm for help in the future,
but note that now that your address is out there, there's not much you can
do other than changing your address.

That said -

How are the locations' Exchange servers connected? If they're in the same
org, everyone should get the out of office replies. If the messages have to
go out over the Internet instead of being handled by internal connectors,
the admin has likely not enabled this (many don't, as a security precaution
and also to avoid replying to spammers). Talk to the Exchange admins....
