"Out of Office Assistant" missing from Tools Menu

When I click "Install" (I'm supposed to do this
if 'Exchange Extensions Commands' does not appear) I'm
supposed to click on Emsuix.ecf. but it is not on the list.
Any suggestions? Thanks. Esta
