Out of Office - Outlook 2002

Unable to activate the Out of Office assistant. MS knowledge base says to
add the add-in "EMSUIX.ECF". That file is not listed in my add-in files. I
have double checked the registry entry noted in the knowledge base and it is
correct. Later versions of Outlook call out a file named "OUTEX2.ECF".
That file IS included in my add-ins but clicking it does not activate the Out
of Office assistant.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
The Out of Office assistant is available only to those Outlook users with
Microsoft Exchange mail accounts. Those are normally found only in a business
environment.

If you're using another type of mail account please create a rule instead:
