Out of Office - Outlook 2002

Unable to activate the Out of Office assistant. MS knowledge base says to
add the add-in "EMSUIX.ECF". That file is not listed in my add-in files. I
have double checked the registry entry noted in the knowledge base and it is
correct. Later versions of Outlook call out a file named "OUTEX2.ECF".
That file IS included in my add-ins but clicking it does not activate the Out
of Office assistant.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
