Out of Memory

Hello.
When I am trying to create a new mail message (Outlook
Express) I receive the error message "not enough memory to
perform this action." I have 128mb memory installed and
have done nothing (that I know of)to make it any less. I
am also running Win 2K professional. Please help. Thanks!
