Out Look Folder permissions

Can somebody please explain how one can change the Out
Look folder permissions. Iam unable to create a message
rule due to a outlook folder permission status.

Hi - not sure what you're trying to do. Please post back with more detail -
version/mode/SP level of Outlook (find this in help | about) and what you're
trying to create the rule to do, and the exact text of any error messages.
