out going e-mails

i just renewed my norton to 360 2.0. now for some reason my name shows
jwoods then my e-mail address. How do i remove my name so just my e-mail
address shows I have checked all PC settings the show just (e-mail address removed)
But when i send mail jwoods then (e-mail address removed). shows up ANY 1 PLEASE
HELP i would greatly appriciate it. Please e-mail response.

It would help if you disclosed which email program you are using.
