out box not showing messages

When I send a message using Outlook, I am not seeing it in my Outbox. How do
I fix this?
 
Perhaps because it was immediately sent? If you want your messages held until
you do a send/receive, go to Tools> Options> Mail Setup, and uncheck "Send
immediately when connected. If you want send/receives to happen only when you
request them, got to Tools> Send/Receive> Send/Receive Settings> Define Send
Receive Groups> and un-check both "Schedule an automatic send/receive..."
boxes.
