Out Box Issue

I sent an email with a 29MB attachment using Outlook 2003 3 days ago and it
is still stuck in my out box....it will not send and I have been unable to
delete it...can someone please tell me how to delete this message. It is
using up all of my bandwidth to keep trying to send this message. Thanks
