Ourlook Rules and Alerts

Hi, I am running Outlook 2003 and would like to find a way of blocking email that has nothing in the subject field. I cannot see any options in "Rules and Alerts" that allow me to do this. It only gives me an option if the Subject contains certain words.
Equally if the sender field is blank would this be possible?

Very gratefull for any suggestions as getting spammed like crazy at the moment.

You could make a rule that applies to all messages except those with a e i o
or u in the subject field.
