Newbie Rules & Alert Question

I am using Rules and Alerts in Outlook 2003 and need help in setting up the
following:
email coming in addressed to me, has nothing in the body and nothing in the
subject but does have an attachment which reads publication.pdf or
notice.pdf - that is all the information that is given.
How do I set this up so that these emails are deleted as junk or spam? I do
have one rule with just .pdf which works with others but not with these..

Create a rule that moves all messages to Junk unless the subject or body
contains a,e,i,o,u,y

Considering the fact that you need at least one of those to create proper
English words you can be fairly sure that if those letters aren't in the
subject or body the message is Junk.
