our server is not shutting down

Hello Guys
my problem is after we buy a UPS for our IBM server
the server is not shuttdown down any more
i use the psttols utility for shut it down but it was working fine before
the ups
but it's not working now
we must shutdown the server from the windows start menu then shutdown
but i need to make it shutdown automatically
any help will be appreciated

Try this program:

I couldn't find ANY references to psttols on Google, so I don't know what
you're using now but the above program should work for you. If not, then try
shutdown.exe from the Windows 2000 Resource kit.
