Oultook 2003 - IMAP newbie questions

Hello,

I've set up an IMAP account in outlook 2003 (with all office patches).

By default, Outlook opens my personal profile inbox where no mail goes to -
can I redirect it to open my inbox in my IMAP folder?

My deleted mail goes to my junk e-mail but remains in my inbox with a line
through it. Can I get it to go to my delted items or inbox.trash - that
would make more sense to me. And how do I remove the inbox ones with the
line through them.

Hello, I found the starting folder under tools options advanced. I
haven't found the other though.
