Oulook Security Form and Outlook 2003

I am battling against an old an faithful problem and am wondering if
anyone could help me out a little.

Our application is using CDO to automate outlook to send emails, this is
working fine except for at one customer site where two of the pc's are
coming up with errors. The environment on both pc's is Windows XP pro
and Office 2003, both xp and office have been service packed and patched
to the hilt, the server is running exchange 2000. We have also
implemented the Outlook Security Settings form to inhibit the MS dialogs.

Both clients are receiving the following errors:
The form you selected could not be displayed. Contact your
"administrator" and "The object cannot be found". These errors can be
resolved by deleting the forms cache, starting Outlook and viewing the
Outlook Security Form. However this only lasts for a short while before
the cache becomes corrupt again.

I would obviously prefer a more permanent solution, any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks.

Jon.

Applying Office 2003 SP1 should eliminate most, but probably not all forms cache problems.

Thanks Sue, do you know if there are any ways of permanaently disabling
the forms cache to totaly eleminate these types of issues?

Search the MSKB for ForceFormReload, which is a relatively new registry value you might try.
