Oulook reports "The data file 'mailbox' was not closed properly"

Most times, but not every time, I start Outlook I get the error message "The
data file 'mailbox' was not closed properly." It can take from 1 to 10
minutes to scan and repair the file. The problem started after I installed
MSN Search Toolbar/Desktop Search, but may or may not be related to it. I've
uninstalled the MSN Toolbar, but the errors persist.

Anybody have any ideas??

Yes, I've tried Detect and Repair. That fixes once, then the problem recurrs
the next time I exit Outlook!
