OU Users or OU computers

Hello All,

if OU has only users group (no computers) and user GPO applied for that OU. does this GPO apply to users in all computers?

Tim,

A GPO that is linked to an OU will only affect those objects that are directly located in that OU, be it user account objects or computer account objects. If there are no direct members of the OU 9 say that there are only security groups located in that OU ) then and GPO linked to that OU would ultimately fail!
