I have added another account to my Windows mail but it does not show up.
How do I find it?
 
It should show here: Tools, Accounts.

POP accounts in Windows Mail all use a common Inbox.
If you don't like that arrangement, upgrade to Windows Live Mail.
It has a separate set of folders for each account.
