other option with F8 during clean install?

I have a friend that during a clean install, the F8 key is not working when
try to accept the windows xp license....key board don't have Fn lock key,
already try page up/down...There is a combination key that result to the same
funtion of F8?

Use the Tab key to highlight the button, then press the Enter key.

I bet it has an "F Lock" key... Press it once first.
