Other network NGs and forums?

This is a pretty slow going network NG. I looked for a few others, but
some looked small and others just not going to help my problem. See RedX

It's slow partly because you're asking basic questions, getting basic
answers, then we all have to wait a few days for you to visit your
friend's house again. By that time you've forgotten what you're
supposed to do and little or no progress is made.
