Other layout template Icon showing double click to add Clip art

When I click on the icon to add clip art the dialog box comes up with Select
picture with thumbnails of all the pictures. I have a user that states when
they use to do this at another company the file/folder list (like what comes
up in clip organizer) is what would open, so you could choose the location
rather than looking through all the pictures. Does anyone know how to do
this???

THANKS!!!!

Which version of PPT are you using at your company, and which version of PPT
was the person using at their previous company?

Oh, also, which icon are you clicking? The one inside the box on the slide,
(a content layout slide) or the clip art icon on one of the toolbars? Your
subject line is confusing to me, so I'd like clarification on what you're
clicking. Also, is the user talking about the same clip art icon? Is it
possible s/he is clicking the clip art content inside the slide layout,
whereas you're clicking the clipart icon on the Drawing toolbar (or vice
versa)?

2003 is the version for both. Yes we are both using the one inside the box on
the slide.

Well, I don't know how to make a file/folder list open when you click the
clip art icon on a content slide.

However, if you hit the Import button in that "select picture" dialog that
appears when you click the clip art icon, you can navigate through your
folders.

Alternatively, instead of hitting the clip art icon, hit the "insert
picture" icon, which lets you navigate through your folders immediately.

Sorry I don't have an exact answer.
