OT: What is mystery keyboard key (right, between WK and Ctl)?

Considering its convenient placement on the keyboard, I'd think this
key is valuable for some users, but I haven't a clue what it does, or
its name.

In some programs, when clicked with any other key, it'll bring up the
right-click menu. Perhaps it goes with a more specialized or
non-English keyboard setting?
