OT...Unofficial Win 2k,XP Daylight Time Patch

Daylight Time has been changed effective this
year.

MS has a patch for XPsp2 but nothing else.
Here is a free "unofficial" patch for everything
else (sorry,not 98):

It may have changed in the USA but not in many other countries.

Someone had recommended that site to me last week, and I have downloaded and
installed it on our Win2K machines. I also emailed the owner of the site,
and was happily surprised when he mailed me back, with his tips on testing
to make sure the utility properly worked.

And, it works like a charm.
