Daylight Savings Time

I understand that although MS issued (or is issuing?) a free
patch for daylight savings time, it's not doing so for
Win2k. I see that an outfit called IntelliAdmin has made a
free patch available. See:

Anyone know if that patch is safe and effective?

If the patch does the job safely, I prefer to do that
(that's one long instruction).

But while I'm waiting for feed-back on that, I have a
question about the MS instructions. There's a section that
refers to "English builds of Windows." From the context, I
gather that means Windows used in the country of England, as
opposed to the English language. But since computer
instructions are often less than clear, I gotta ask: do I
understand that correctly?

That article is very long and it's not very clear what changes need to be
made. I'd rather not mess with the registry in of all places my servers.

The OP doesn't trust it and it is simple to do manually.

Is this patch also for win2k server?

How does the Microsoft script know if the server has W2K on it? I would only
want to apply this to W2K servers, not all servers.
