[OT] Splitting files

Hello,

I am looking for a simple program which can split and join Files on a Windows Server or Windows 2000.

- It must be run by command line!
- It must be able to handle large files! (> 50 GB)
- Packing is not necessary
- GUI is not necessary

Any hint?
