I have recently signed up with Mailaka (www.Mailake.net). Basic
unlimited service is $6.95 per month. The service appears to be
reliable. I have been using them as my primary ISP for over a month
with minor problems. If you sign up and they ask if you were referred
by a current member, my username there is (e-mail address removed)
(where replace "theirname" by "mailaka").

Bell South is a regional phone provider, primarily in the southeastern
portion of the United States. They were one of the "Baby Bells" created
when "Ma Bell" was broken up. As time has gone on, some of the Baby Bells
have expanded outside their original territory, and Bell South may be done
so as well.

Why would one assume that south refered to Sth USA and not South Chicago or
south america, or south africa or even New South Wales?

Thanks, but they don't have local numbers where I will be.
