Hi Guys,

Everything was working properly however, maybe someone changed some setting
in my system. The problem at the moment is when I change the Screen
Resolutions looks like the objects doesn't change the size. It is bit hard
to explain but I try: Let is say I am changing the screen Resolution to 1152
/ 864, resolution is getting changed but everything remains the same size.
EG start Menu disappears and then I have to move the mouse down then the
Screen flips down and start menu appears however a portion of the top of the
screen disappers.

I have a 17inch monitor.

What can go wrong here?

thanks in advance ....

When I changed my screen resolution (from 800x600 to 1024x768) I had to
manually adjust the desktop view with the buttons on my monitor (a Compaq
15" LCD).
Did you try them?

Another "possible" angle: my wife was typing in Avant and accidently
hit the F12 key. This is the full screen key and it looks like the
screen moved up, as my taskbar is set to autohide (only appears when
the mouse is on it). What you describe sounds very much like what my
screen just looked like.

Is one particular program behahing this way? Or, is your whole desktop
above the center of the screen?

Guys,

I am not too sure, I have changed all the settings with the Monitor's button
as well ... Nothing works ... when i used to change the resolution
to 1152 or smaller everything including icons etc were getting smaller in
size and the size of desktop was getting bigger ... now it looks like
the everthing else remains the same size though the size of the desktop gets
bigger so I have to scroll down and sides to see
the remain of the desktop.

Its very stupid and annoying!!
